Traditional ‘58 Stratocaster

This is a pristine example of a MIJ 3 Color Sunburst Stratocaster. It has hardly been played and has zero fret wear. The body wood is alder with a one-piece maple neck. The trussrod adjustment is at the heel with a walnut plug at the headstock. It is factory stock with only the addition of the removable bridge cover (not pictured) to make it 50s era correct. The neck profile is a 7.25 radius with a U shape, so it feels beefy in the hands. The body route is SSS unshielded, just as it would have been in 1958. It has the period correct 8 hole single ply pickguard, which only has a few light pick scratches. The neck is dated 2017, but the Fender look up (pictured) shows a manufactured date of January 2018. The weight is 8 1/2 lbs. This is a high quality example of Fender Made In Japan craftsmanship.
