Rhino Percussion
The Mexican Rhino
$1,400.00
The Mexican Rhino is made from Granadillo wood, aka Mexican Rosewood. Granadillo is a dense, rare hardwood known for its rich reddish-brown, purplish, or orange colors, and high-pitched, bell-like tone. It is used for musical instruments like marimbas, classical guitars, and inlay, as well as for fine furniture, turnery, and veneers. The wood is also resistant to fungi and termites and is often called Mexican Rosewood because of its similarity to rosewood, though it's harder and denser. This snare sounds amazing and even more aesthetically amazing. All hardware from Drum Factory Direct, this snare is a must have for any aspiring drummer! Makes a great Christmas gift!
