The receiver is also a built-in tuner so you don't lose space on your pedalboard. This system has been used in 4 gigs and a few rehersals. I bought one transmitter new and the other one (with the receiver) used with less than 10 hours of use. Everything works perfectly. It always pairs immediately and automatically selects the best channel. It uses Digital Band; 2.4 GHz that operates flawlessly.
