National Style-O resonator guitar

1932 original vintage National Style -O resonator guitar. this guitar is nice but needs luthier restoration, here is a list of items I believe need to be addressed, There may be more  points of concern but only a resonator collector or luthier would be able to identify these,, There is personal  and professional opinion also.  Buyer must understand that I cannot possibly know all issues or things top be addressed. So :"as described" is not  "as expected." I will answer all questions to the best of my ability.  Neck.   (-)slight deflection, Binding missing, fingerboard has small fissure, small chip at heal, tuners missing. ships with none,               (+)original frets are in good shape, no breaks-cracks-repairs,Body    (-) Dent , surface scratches, Tail piece broken ,                 (+) cone and plate bridge original, etching in nice condition, Case        non original semi rigid gig bag, modern, It is rare to find these round neck instruments and it really needs to have the right restoration Luthier that is experienced in the issues that need to be addressed. I used to  get all these type of instruments playable before listing them on the website. I have come to find the buyers of these would rather have their own guy do it or do it them selves, I completely agree, So this one is sold "As-Is." condition and "As-Found"  , exactly how I found it. So the buyer should at the least understand compatibility of vintage parts and have a good understanding of what will be needed in order to restore this to the standard that is accepted in the realm of collectors, I can not make any claims about reparability or what parts  will be needed.
