"My Blue Heaven" Aluminum Snare (6.5" x 14")

Here's an Aluminum Snare (6.5" x 14") that's coated in a Blue that's "baked" on at high heat. This is a unique aluminum design as it's rolled aluminum and welded, but it's super-thick at 3.125mm. The edges are hand sanded at a sharp 45 degrees with a very slight round-over to keep from cutting the drumheads. This one is all outfitted in Brass Hardware: 3.5" Vintage Tube Lugs, Inde Drum Labs Throw-off and Butt-plate, Vent, Diecast Hoops, and tension rods. It's finished with Evans Drumheads (300 Snare Side and HD Dry Batter Side), white Danmar tension rod sleeves, Canopus NP 30-strand snare wires, and yellow snare wire straps. It's got a fantastic look to it, but the tone is what sets this apart. It's very warm, crisp, and fat, without the stereotypical aluminum overtones.
