Fender Yngwie Malmsteen

2006 USA Fender Yngwie Malmsteen Stratocaster in candy apply red and with a rosewood fretboard, which is a rarer combination. This is the period of the YJM Strat that has the amazing Dimarzio pickups.It is in excellent shape and has had a few mods that improve its playability. A high quality Callaham modern-spacing bridge has been installed that narrows the string spacing ever so slightly. These guitars come with a wider-spaced vintage style bridge that places the outer strings so close to the edge that they are prone to slip off while playing, so the Callahan bridge fixes that. The string saddles are Highwood, which help prevent string breakage.I have also installed some Hipshot locking tuners, making string changes significantly easier and improving the tuning stability. There is a Graphtec string tree as well to aid in tuning stability. Strap pegs are Dunlop locking type.I believe these mods greatly improve the playability of the guitar, but if you want the guitar returned to stock, all of the original parts are included (tuners, bridge, string tree, strap pegs.)Includes the original tweed hardshell case.
