The Egilegor Biadar 5 from Spanish builder Egilegor is a boutique 5-string bass with a bold design and highly versatile electronics. At its core is the custom “Hell” pickup, a unique configuration of multiple hand-wound pickups combined into a single housing, offering a wide range of configurable tones in both passive and active modes plus a handy kill switch.Its distinctive double horn design ensures excellent weight balance, with Egilegor’s signature downhorn and carved bite at the body base. This shape not only gives the bass a striking look but also makes upper fret access smooth and comfortable—perfect for both technical players and groove-driven stylists.Purchased from a private collector, this bass shows little to no play time aside from a small ding with some discoloration at the 10th fret on the back of the neck (see photos).
