Stunning Sunburst Stella is an excellent case in point. Stella’s sweet-sounding powerful Humbucker pickup in the neck is complimented with a genuine Fender Vintage ‘60s bridge pickup, yielding true Tele twang. They are attached to a specially designed control center with two volumes and a tone pot. Pull up on the push-pull neck volume pot and Stella goes into coil split mode. This adds another layer of sound to your hybrid. Experiment with the controls in different positions for nearly limitless tone choices. But Stella’s quality and features don’t stop there. Her custom cut neck is smooth, fast maple with a cool fast action black maple fretboard. Slinky D’Addario 10s strings are anchored to an American Vintage Fender bridge. At the other end, true Fender locking tuners and a roller string guide let you bend notes all night while staying in perfect tune. Stella is a terrific all-around studio performer.
