1999 Jackson Scott Ian Signature Series JJ4 Pro Series Jackson

I purchased this from a previous manager that worked at Jackson. The story on it is that this is one of 2 prototypes. This model was produced for 2 years as a Japanese made Pro Series Jackson. The 2 prototypes were made for the NAMM show in the winter of 1999 for the 2000 model year. One black with white pinstripes and one white with black pinstripes in a paint scheme called Tattoo. Both had Indian Rosewood fingerboards, black and white Jackson Ransom Logo, and blue momentary kill switches. There was an American version that had an ebony fretboard with rolling dice inlay, colored ransom logo, and a red kill switch. After the show, the black with white had more orders, so Jackson produced it, and never made another white with black pinstripes out of the factory in Japan. This is the only one, and was the guitar on the wall at the NAMM show. It's in the same condition it was in when it left the show 26 years ago, although please note i have not cleaned this guitar since i got it, but does look like it has been played, looks like swirl marks or maybe pick marks on it, that is why i'm listing it as very good condition. When he worked at Jackson, this was during the pre Fender buyout and he was the only owner until i purchased it and has been in its case in his closet all this time. It comes with a Jackson embossed SKB hard shell case. The case does have scuff marks as he had moved several times over the years. I have searched the internet and all i can find are a few copies of the black with white pinstripes, so If you want to own a 1 of 1 prototype pre Fender Jackson or if you are a Scott Ian fan this is it. I would also be up to a partial cash/guitar trade as well.
