1997 G. Gould GGj4 Project Bass

This is a project bass. It is a custom Poplar body from New York, IIRC. Kind of set up like a Fender Cow Poke. Custom pick guard made from a Stray Cats LP "Rant and Rave". Anyway dressed with EMG pickups, a BTS EMG preamp. It has a very early 1997 Geoff Gould Maple neck with a maple fretboard. Everything works perfectly. Action is nice and low without any buzz or fret noise. New set of D'Addario strings. It has a distressed blue finish. Weight is 9.4 pounds. I do not have a case for it, but I pack my stuff very well. 34" scale. Tone controls are Mids/Volume/ stacked bass treble. Nut is 1-1/2"
