1969 Gibson SG Custom

1969 Gibson SG Custom. Only non- original parts that come with the guitar are the repro waffle tuners, bridge, new nut (pro fret job BGF) and the control knobs. The guitar has a custom harness that allows the middle pickup to be blended, but the original harness, nut and bridge are included in the case. I've also re-installed the original strap pins. I've owned this guitar over 20 years. I have been asked about the different color of the neck pickup. That is because on the old guitars with gold hardware the 'gold' can wear off. It is the original pickup with no story other than 56 years of service. The guitar does have a refinish (hence the price reduction) done by John Brown of Brown's Guitar Factory. No breaks or cracks. Mahogany neck. Otherwise decades of finish checking. It's a spectacular instrument. Plus only 451 were shipped in '69.
