It has a 1/4" thick shell, it is made from 2 plies of steam bent local hardwoods. It is Made from 2 plies of local Black Walnut. Our new 2 ply design gives you all the purity of tone of our solid steambent shells, but without the reinforcement rings. This helps the tone relax and expands the range in mid to low tunings and adds openness to the tone. It has our renowned hand rounded 45 degrees edges, 10 lugs, Premium 2 position piston strainer, 20 stand wires, 1.6mm triple flanged hoops and our Signature semi-gloss oil and wax finish.
