1970s MIJ Aspen 4003 Copy

Great MIJ Rick 4003 style bass. The original pickups, electronics, and hardware were mostly shot when I found it. So, the pickups were replaced with Seymour Duncans along with the switch, pots, and the caps. It is currently only wired to the mono output with one volume and one tone, but I have the original knobs for the second volume and tone that I will include. The pickguard, knobs, and truss rod cover are original. The bridge was replaced with a Hipshot and the tuners are Guyker. It also has a brass nut, but I will include a standard Ric nut with it when it ships. It was definitely played, so it has a fair share of bumps and scrapes and a few finish scratches, but is totally in playable condition. It’s had a full fret level and polish in the past month.
